12/02- Steven Marlow, 35, United Kingdom, was placed under arrest for Burglary and Criminal Mischief. Subject was transported to MCCI. Ptl. Christian Hostrup was the arresting Officer.

12/04- A Cambridge Ave resident reported the theft of a package from the homes doorstep. Ptl. Dwayne Reevey took the theft report.

06/11/17- Paul Mirfield, 33, Hazlet, was arrested for CDS [controlled dangerous substance] following a motor vehicle stop. S/O Michael Volker was the arresting officer.

06/21/17- A Hunting Lane resident reported the theft of an iPad from an unlocked vehicle. Ptl. William Lagrotteria too the report.

5/3- A Fair Haven Juvenile was placed under arrest for Possession of CDS paraphernalia after a call was received regarding illegal activity. S/O Michael Volker was the arresting Officer.

5/4- Joseph L. Ruffini, 54, Red Bank was charged with defiant trespass. Ptl. Christian Hostrup was the arresting Officer.

FAIR HAVEN: POLICE REPORTS

3/1- A Maple Ave resident reported that he had received a check from a closed account for a business transaction with a Middletown resident. After being contacted by Ptl. Dwayne Reevey, payment was made in full without incident.

3/4- A Lake Ave resident reported receiving a bill from Sprint in the amount $3,686.34 for a cell phone bill. Resident reported that he nor his family members had been customers of Sprit Mobile. Fraud report was completed by S/O Michael Volker.
