WOMAN CHARGED WITH COP ASSAULT

call-in-the-authoritiesOctober 1– A resident from Woodbine Ave. reported Identity Theft when she received a phone call from an unknown female. The female asked the victim if she needed any home improvements done. When the victim replied no, the unknown female told the victim that she has the victimÂ’s birthdate and social security number and dictated it back to her. P.O. Peter Gibson investigated.

October 2– A student at Red Bank Regional High School reported a Theft when his wallet and watch were stolen from his back pack sometime during the day. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

October 4– Andrew Eastwood, 23, of Rumson, NJ, was arrested for a Contempt of Court warrant out of the Deal Municipal Court. P.O. Amanda Arnold made the arrest.

October 4– Nima Rahimi, 24, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested for a Contempt of Court warrant out of the Hazlet Township Municipal Court. P.O. Amanda Arnold made the arrest.

October 5– Christopher Conte, 21, of Elberon, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop for a Contempt of Court warrant out of the Long Branch Municipal Court. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.

October 5– A student at Red Bank Regional High School reported a Theft when cash from his wallet was stolen from his gym locker. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

October 8– Michael Donelan, 31, of Point Pleasant, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop for a Non-Support warrant out of the Ocean County SheriffÂ’s Office. P.O. Amanda Arnold made the arrest.

October 10– Brian Fitzgerald, 30, of West Long Branch, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop for a Contempt of Court warrant out of the Red Bank Municipal Court. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

October 11– Anita Summonte, 63, of Little Silver, NJ, was arrested following an incident on North Lovett Ave. for Simple Assault. P.O. Andrew Smith made the arrest.

October 14– Kevin Fister, 24, of Oceanport, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop for Driving While Intoxicated. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

October 16– Kerdsha Dick, 23, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested for Credit Card Fraud following an investigation at the WalgreenÂ’s Pharmacy on Prospect Ave. Det. Greg Oliva made the arrest.

October 16– A resident from Rivers Edge Dr. reported Criminal Mischief after discovering that an unknown subject(s) spray painted his mailbox and some trees that are located on his property. P.O. Michael Lahey investigated.

October 19– A resident from Brookside Ln. reported Burglary after returning home and discovering that an unknown subject(s) smashed the rear sliding glass door and gained entry to the home. P.O. Joseph Glynn Jr., Sgt. Martin Scherzinger and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

October 24– Evan Hughes, 25, of Long Branch, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop for Contempt of Court warrants out of the Little Silver and Rumson Municipal Courts. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.

October 24– Daniel Pontone, 59, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested for Possession of Marijuna Under 50 Grams and Obstruction following a suspicious person complaint on South Sunnycrest Dr. P.O. Peter Giblin made the arrest.

October 25– A landscaper reported Theft when his back pack blower and weed wacker were stolen from his trailer in the area of Willow Dr. Sgt. Martin Scherzinger investigated.

October 27– Jodee King, 42, of Little Silver, NJ, was arrested following an incident on Branch Ave. for Aggravated Assault on Police, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction and Disorderly Conduct. P.O. Amanda Arnold and Sgt. Kevin Halpin made the arrest.
