On March 6, 2013 the Middletown Police Detective Bureau and Quality of Life Unit executed a search warrant at an apartment on Kimberly Court in the Maguires Grove Apartment Complex located on Highway 35. The warrant execution was the result of a month long investigation conducted by Detective Kevin Gardiner and Officers Richard Fulham and Anthony Bumbico regarding the distribution of narcotics from the residence.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of Joshua Lindner for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute within 500 feet of Public Housing, Possession of Ecstasy and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lindner was held on $25,000.00 bail with no 10% option set by Judge John Mullaney of the Monmouth County Superior Court.
Gregory Kumm, age 29, from Adams Street in Hoboken, NJ, arrested on March 2, 2013 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert for Disorderly Conduct, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.
