Report of Animal Cruelty in the area of Broad Street on 7/3/13. Dog locked inside veh for over 20 minutes. Officers arrived to find animal clearly in distress. Matter forwarded to SPCA for further investigation by Ptl. Jessica Boyd.

Blaz Perez, male age 43 of Philadelphia was arrested on 7/3/13 for Contempt of Court in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue by Ptl. Jessica Boyd.
