CRIMES:

Burglary occurring between 10-9-13 and 10-10-13 at Maple Ave. business. Unknown person(s) broke a window in the building and gained entry. Stolen was $100.00 in cash and loose change. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Theft occurring at Maple Ave. on 1-12-13. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole an Apple I Phone from locker. Sgt Robert Gannon.

Criminal Mischief occurring at Oakland Street on 10-12-13. Victim reported that unknown person(s) damaged screen door by ripping the screen and damaging the frame. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Burglary occurring between 10-13-13 and 10-14-13 at W. Bergen Place business. Unknown person(s) damaged door hinge and removed window to Lunch Break gaining entry. Once inside stole several pallets of soda. Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Theft occurring on 10-14-13 at Broad Street restaurant. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole an I Phone while at the establishment. Ptl. David Hicks.

Burglary occurring between 10-11-13 and 10-14-13 at West Bergen Place residence. Victim reported that unknown person(s) gained entry into residence by a rear window and ransacked the home. Stolen were two boxes of valuable baseball cards, a box of CD’s and a George Forman Grill. Det. Juan Sardo.

Theft occurring between 10-14-13 and 10-15-13 at Carmen Place. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered parked vehicle and stole brown leather wallet from center console, which contained credit cards. Ptl. James DePonte.

Theft occurring between 10-11-13 and 10-14-13 at Riverview Plaza. Unknown subject(s) stole credit cards and driver’s license. Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Three vehicles ransacked on 10-16-13 in the area of Leighton Ave. and West Bergen Place by unknown subject(s) Ptl. James DePonte.

Theft occurring between 10-15-13 and 10-16-13 at Bank Street. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered parked vehicle and removed cash and credit cards from center console. Lt. Michael Clay.

ARRESTS:

Brian McGlone, age 26 male of Red Bank was arrested on 10-15-13 in the area of W. Bergen Place for Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Joshua Stepney, age 28 male of Asbury Park was arrested on 10-15-13 in the area of W. Bergen Place for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Richard Tilley, age 57 male of Red Bank was arrested on 10-15-13 in the area of Maple Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Jazmar Rainey, age 23 male of Eatontown was arrested on 10-15-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Anthony Morris, age 28 male of Neptune was arrested on 10-15-13 in the area of Bridge Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. James DePonte.

Mario Sciacca, age 33 male of Red Bank was arrested on 10-14-13 in the area of W. Bergen Place for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Carlo Rivera, age 63 male of Red Bank was arrested on 10-14-13 in the area of Wall St. for DWI by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Thomas Armstrong, age 31 male of Shrewsbury was arrested on 10-14-13 in the area of Chestnut St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Samyel Ayazian, age 36 male of Highlands was arrested on 10-11-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Dawn Shields.

Nicholas Martino, age 30 male of Red Bank was arrested on 10-10-13 in the area of Oakland St. for DWI by Ptl. James DePonte.

Antoinette Cox, age 45 female of Asbury Park was arrested on 10-10-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. James DePonte.

Taik Cox, age 22 male of Asbury Park was arrested on 10-10-13 in the area of Bank St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl, Stan Balmer.

Armando Cruz, age 26 male of Red Bank was arrested on 10-10-13 in the area of Locust Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Stan Balmer

[UPDATE: The following case was ordered expunged from court records by Superior Court Judge Jill Grace O’Malley on December 10, 2019.] Nessa Marcovitz, age 59 female of W. Long Branch was arrested on 10-10-13 in the area of Riverside Ave. for Obstructing Administration of Law by Det. Wendy Samis.

Ross Marcovitz, age 26 male of Red Bank was arrested on 10-9-13 in the area of Riverside Ave. for Unlawful Poss. of a Handgun, Poss. of Weapons Unlawful Purpose, Poss. of Penetrating Bullets, Discharge of Weapon by Det. Wendy Samis.
