Danish Café owner Lone Kofod – now in between two scheduled Julefrokost Christmas feasts for adult diners – tells PieHole the she and husband Claudi will be preparing a special Danish breakfast plate for the kids this Saturday.
What’s a Danish breakfast?
“It has a Danish-type of bun, fruit and thin slices of dark and milk chocolate,” she says in an email. The breakfast comes with a choice of juice, milk or hot chocolate, and costs $4.50.
You’ll need to make reservations for one of the three seatings, at 10 a.m., 10:45 and 11:30, by sending an email to [email protected], or stopping the café, located in the Galleria on Bridge Avenue.
