RED BANK: MAN FLEES WITH LOANER iPHONE

CRIMES:
Theft occurring on Shrewsbury Ave. on 1-25-14. Victim reported she was approached by male subject who asked to use her cell phone. She handed the phone over and he fled with the phone which was an I phone. Sgt. Robert Clayton.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 1-26-14 at Arthur Place. Victim reported that unknown subject(s) broke glass in 2nd floor window of residence. Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Theft occurring on 1-24-14 at West Front St.—bar/restaurant. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole her purse from back of chair. Purse contained cash, credit
cards, and digital camera. Ptl. George Travostino.

Theft occurring on 1-29-14 at Chestnut St.—Red Bank Armory Ice Skating Rink. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole an I Pad from locker, also gift card in the amount of $15.00 and a T.D. Bank gift card for $5.00 from locker. Ptl. Stan Balmer.

ARRESTS:

Miguel Lopez-Lopez, male 41 of Red Bank was arrested on 1-29-14 in the area of Leonard St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Gabriel Ramos, age 67 Homeless was arrested on 1-27-14 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Antonio Ramos, age 51 of Red Bank was arrested on 1-27-14 in the area of Monmouth St. for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card by Det. Wendy Samis

Kenneth Spatta, age 24 male of Seaside Heights was arrested on 1-26-14 in the area of W. Front St. for DWI by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Theresa Klaus, age 42 female of Red Bank was arrested on 1-25-14 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

Miguel Lopez-Lopez, male age 41 of Red Bank was arrested on 1-24-14 in the area of Reckless Place for DWI by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

James Garrymore, age 23 male of Newark, NJ was arrested on 1-24-14 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

Leroy Thomas, age 33 male of Red Bank was arrested o n 1-23-14 in the area of Tilton Ave. for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, Forgery by Det. Juan Sardo.
