FAIR HAVEN: ACCIDENTS YIELD DWI CHARGES

Crime and arrest reports, unedited, as provided by the Fair Haven Police Department for August, 2014.

authorities_fh2_2014-666868008/08/14- Erick Aviles-Sibrian, 21, Red Bank, was placed under arrest for possession of under 50 grams of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Subject was processed and later released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance. Ptl. John Koetzner was the arresting Officer assisted by Sgt. Jesse Dykstra.

8/22/14-Andrew Halper, 18, Eatontown, turned himself in on an active traffic warrant out of Fair Haven. Subject posted bail and was released. Ptl. John Koetzner was the arresting Officer.

8/22/14- A McCarter Ave resident reported his bike stolen from River Road. S/O Murray took the report.

08/27/14- A Parker Ave resident reported fraudulent charges on her credit card. Ptl. Dwayne Reevey took the report.

08/27/14- Janice Zdyrski, 50, Middletown, was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop. Mrs. Zdyrski also received charges for Reckless Driving, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Failure to Report an Accident. She was later released pending a Fair Haven Court Appearance; Ptl. Eric Patton was the arresting Officer.

08/29/14- An Oxford Ave resident reported that his sons’ bike was stolen from the Fair Haven Fireman’s fair. Cpl. John Waltz took the report.

08/29/14 – Guy T. Campbell, 58, Fair Haven, and Maria T. Guillory, 45, Fair Haven were arrested subsequent to a traffic stop. They were both charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Both were released on a summons pending a Fair Haven Court Appearance. Cpl. Waltz was the arresting officer.

8/30/14- Dawn L. Capalbo , 57, Rumson was arrested after striking a pedestrian with a motor vehicle, she was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving. She was later released pending a Fair Haven Court Appearance. Ptl. Lagrotteria was the arresting officer.

08/30/14- A Hunting Lane resident reported his sons’ bike stolen from the grounds of the Fireman’s Fair. S/O Robert Henne took the report.

08/30/14- Ryan Seewald, 23, Rumson was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving following a motor vehicle stop. Subject was processed and later released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance. S/O Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer assisted by Ptl. William Lagrotteria.
