RED BANK: GUNMAN ROBS PEDESTRIAN

CRIMES

Robbery occurring on 2-13-15 at West Bergen Place—Liquor Store. Unknown male displayed handgun and stole cash and a cell phone. Fled on foot. Ptl. Cevin Albert [Clarification: Police Chief Darren McConnell says this robbery, of a pedestrian, occurred near the West Bergen Place entrance to the Montgomery Terrace Apartments, and that the victim called police from outside Yogi’s Liquors, at West Bergen and Leighton Avenue. The gunman, who fled into the apartment complex, was described as a black male, about 5 foot 11, 150 or 160 pounds, wearing black pants, a black North Face jacket, black Nike sneakers and red-rimmed glasses.]

Criminal Mischief occurring between 2-12-15 and 2-13-15 at West Front St. Church. Unknown actor(s) broke three spotlights knocking them off of a post. Ptl. Benjamin Springer

Criminal Mischief occurring on 2-15-15 at Locust Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) spray-painted graffiti onto parked vehicle in black paint. Ptl. David Smith.

ARRESTS

Lori Costello, female age 43 of Red Bank was arrested on 2-18-15 in the area of Spring St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Maximo Sanchez-Gonzalez, age 19 male of Red Bank was arrested on 2-18-15 in the area of Leonard St. for COC by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Felicito Bautista-Barrios, age 36 male of Long Branch was arrested on 2-17-15 in the area of Mechanic St. for COC by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Gregorio Rojas-Tlapanco, age 35 male of Red Bank was arrested on 2-17-15 in the area of Monmouth St. for Hindering Apprehension and COC by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Jeannie Spinelli, age 20 female of Red Bank was arrested on 2-15-15 in the area of E. Front St. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Sgt. Juan Sardo.

James Gorman, age 46 male of Asbury Park was arrested on 2-14-15 in the area of Broad St. for DWI by Lt. Errico Vescio.

Timothy Johnson, age 29 male of Red Bank was arrested on 2-14-15 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Genaro Escalante-Castillo, age 23 male of Red Bank was arrested on 2-13-15 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Jorge Torres

Thomas Bouldin, age 30 male of Middletown was arrested on 2-12-15 in the area of Throckmorton Ave. for COC by Ptl. David Smith.
