It’s a violation of etiquette in surfing to ditch your board. (it could hit another surfer and hurt them). But someone appears to have ditched theirs into an actual ditch. This surfboard or stand up paddle board has sat in the stream or culvert behind the apartment building at the foot of Locust Avenue for several months, seemingly awaiting a never-to-come swell to carry it and its ghost rider away.
