Away from the lights and crowds of Broadwalk, Darth Vader was seen hanging just a couple of blocks down in Red Bank’s second best parking lot for people watching, Welsh Farms on East Front Street.

Flavio, pictured above, dons a mask he originally bought for May 4th, he reports — but clearly wouldn’t restrict to a single annual celebration.
