Jimmy Chiappa from Jimmy’s Artistic Creations in East Rutherford delighted crowds of onlookers at three locations Sunday with his ice sculptures. The event was sponsored by Red Bank Rivercenter and the weather certainly cooperated, with high temperatures barely nudging the freezing mark.
