RED BANK: FIVE DWI ARRESTS, $700 DRESS SHOPLIFTED IN MAY POLICE BLOTTER

The crime and arrest reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for May 2026. This information is unedited; see below for additional information.

CRIMES

Criminal Mischief — On May 2, police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the area of Maple Avenue. The owner reported damage to both driver’s-side tires. The tires were valued at $350 each. Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.

Criminal Mischief — On May 11, police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the area of South Street. The owner reported the rear windshield of a vehicle had been broken. Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski took the report.

Theft — On May 22, police took a report of shoplifting in the area of Monmouth Street. An employee reported a green dress valued at $700 was stolen from a business. Patrolwoman Grace Maggiulli took the report.

Theft — On May 31, police took a report of shoplifting in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue. An employee reported a vehicle left a gas station without paying for $85.01 worth of fuel. Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.

ARRESTS

• James Mayorga, 32, of Freehold, was arrested May 1 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Patrolman James McGee made the arrest.

• Juan Rivera, 44, of Long Branch, was arrested May 1 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski made the arrest.

• Christina Sevret, 50, of Red Bank, was arrested May 2 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolwoman Kristin McConnell made the arrest.

• Jose Ramirez, 53, of Verona, was arrested May 3 in the area of Bodman Place and charged with Defiant Trespassand Obstructing Administration of Law. Patrolman Christopher Fuentes made the arrest.

• Rosalba Rojas-Lino, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested May 3 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with Simple Assault. Patrolman Andrew Todd made the arrest.

• Shadrac Fleury, 27, of Eatontown, was arrested May 4 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with Possession of False Insurance Document. Patrolman Christopher Fuentes made the arrest.

• Jennifer McLeod, 58, of Red Bank, was arrested May 6 in the area of South Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Christopher Fuentes made the arrest.

• Ivan Castro-Navaro, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested May 7 in the area of Willow Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman James McGee made the arrest.

• Phillip Roenbeck, 34, of Middletown, was arrested May 8 in the area of Allen Place and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Taylor Doremus made the arrest.

• Alexander Ratych, 33, of Toms River, was arrested May 9 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Preston Mellaci made the arrest.

• Juan Perez-Rodriguez, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested May 9 in the area of North Bridge Avenue and charged with DWI. Patrolwoman Grace Maggiulli made the arrest.

• Jason Freeman, 46, of Long Branch, was arrested May 9 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Carmine Pannullo made the arrest.

• Alan Hernandez, 19, of New Brunswick, was arrested May 10 in the area of West Front Street and charged with DWI. Patrolwoman Grace Maggiulli made the arrest.

• Juan Abarca-Calderon, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested May 10 in the area of Leighton Avenue and charged with Simple Assault. Patrolman Preston Mellaci made the arrest.

• Michael Lind, 37, of Eatontown, was arrested May 12 in the area of Bank Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski made the arrest.

• Esther Anglade, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested May 14 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Carmine Pannullo made the arrest.

• Philip Bolsius, 22, of Long Branch, was arrested May 15 in the area of Broad Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski made the arrest.

• Eugene Wilmore, 36, of Asbury Park, was arrested May 16 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Froilan Hernandez made the arrest.

• Antonio Rueda-Dedios, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested May 16 in the area of Leighton Avenue and charged with DWI and Refusal. Patrolman Preston Mellaci made the arrest.

• Colette Garrette, 38, of Camden, was arrested May 17 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with Contempt. Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski made the arrest.

• Denise Purkall, 43, of Holmdel, was arrested May 18 in the area of North Bridge Avenue and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Preston Mellaci made the arrest.

• Dafne Tapia-Estrada, 22, of Neptune, was arrested May 19 in the area of Water Street and charged with DWI, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Aggravated Assault. Patrolman Carmine Pannullo made the arrest.

• Nyreek Loyal, 30, of Somerset, was arrested May 21 in the area of Riverside Avenue and charged with Burglar Tools, Criminal Trespass, and Theft. Patrolman James McGee made the arrest.

• Jason Freeman, 46, of Keyport, was arrested May 22 in the area of West Street and charged with Burglary. Patrolman Carmine Pannullo made the arrest.

• Angel Romero, 47, of Brick, was arrested May 23 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman James McGee made the arrest.

• Zachary Roth, 28, of Harrington Park, was arrested May 23 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with False Public Alarm. Patrolman Christian Nelson made the arrest.

• Sean Crawford, 51, of Hillside, was arrested May 25 in the area of North Bridge Avenue and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman James McGee made the arrest.

• James Clark, 57, of Eatontown, was arrested May 26 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Theft, and Contempt of Court. Patrolman Frank Metta made the arrest.

• Rahdel Savage, 36, of Roselle, was arrested May 27 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Eliot Ramos made the arrest.

• Parth Patel, 25, of Edison, was arrested May 28 in the area of Broad Street and charged with DWI and Refusal. Patrolman Preston Mellaci made the arrest.

• James Mayorga, 32, of Freehold, was arrested May 29 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with Contempt of Court. Patrolman Christopher Fuentes made the arrest.

• Vincent Sedita, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested May 30 in the area of West Westside Avenue and charged with Contempt. Patrolman Frank Metta made the arrest.

• Mark Stovall, 38, of Long Branch, was arrested May 31 in the area of Riverview Plaza and charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, and Resisting Arrest. Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski made the arrest.

Also, on February 22, 2021, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy signed legislation (A21 and A1897)  legalizing possession of up to six ounces of marijuana for individuals 21 years old and older, and clarifying penalties for possession by those under 21 (S3454).
