Criminal Mischief occurring between 9-19-13 and 9-20-13 North Bridge Ave. restaurant. Owner of establishment reported that unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry by removing screen and taking window off track on side of building. No entry gained. Ptl. James DePonte.
Criminal Mischief occurring on 9-22-13 at Wall Street. Victim reported that unknown person(s) keyed her parked vehicle on passenger and driver’s side front quarter panels. Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.
Theft occurring on 9-24-13 at Leroy Place residence. Victim reported that UPS delivered a pair of expensive sunglasses and unknown person(s) stole same from doorstep. Sgt. Robert Gannon.
Theft occurring between 9-24-13 and 9-25-13 at Spring St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered parked vehicle and stole a Submariner Rolex watch, credit card and a debit card. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.
Shoplifting occurring at East Newman Springs Rd. Liquor Store on 9-25-13. Victim reported that two unknown females shoplifted two bottles of Vodka, and left store without paying for same. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

John Fagan, age 45 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-23-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. John Camarca.
Tyron Whitley, age 27 male of Eatontown was arrested on 9-22-13 in the area of English Plaza for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting arrest by Ptl. Heather Pubylski.
