Drini Kupi, 26, and Mejdina Miodrag, 32, both of Ridgewood, New York, were apprehended. A third suspect, seen in the surveillance photo at right and and below, is being sought by police, Lieutenant Bob Turner said in a prepared statement.

The viral-video pepper-spray arrest of a Brookdale Community College student last month was done in “full compliance” with law enforcement guidelines, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s office has concluded.
In fact, the officers involved might have been more aggressive in their arrest of Jeffrey Michel without overstepping guidelines established by the state Attorney General, an official in the professional responsibility unit of the prosecutor’s office wrote in a December 8 letter to Brookdale’s dean.

After Red Bank police gave an Ocean County man a ride to the to the borough train station Monday evening, he became belligerent and wound up in the Monmouth County lockup.
The incident began with a call from Char Steakhouse, on Broad Street, where a drunken customer was reported to be harassing other patrons, said police Captain Darren McConnell.

Three suspects and two Red Bank cops wound up in the emergency room early Sunday morning as a result of another closing-time brawl among patrons of the nightclub Fixx, police said Tuesday.
Multiple fights, which occurred during a downpour around 2 a.m., yielded a host of criminal charges.
Among them: escaping custody, for suspect who fled with his hands cuffed behind him.

A Long Branch man has been arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with intent to distribute, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute, Possession of Synthetic Marijuana, and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
Terrell Rainey, 19 was arrested by Sergeant Robert Clayton and Patrolman James DePonte following a motor vehicle stop on Bank Street at 9:45 a.m., according to department spokeman Captain Darren McConnell.
When Clayton attempted to take Rainey into custody on an outstanding warrant issued by the Wall Township municipal court, he physically resisted arrest and had to be subdued by the officers, McConnell said.

On February 5, 2013 the Middletown Police Detective Bureau and Quality of Life Unit executed a search warrant at a Campbell Avenue residence in the Belford section of Middletown. The warrant execution was a result of a month long investigation conducted by Detective Kevin Gardiner and Officers Richard Fulham and Anthony Bumbico regarding the sale of illegal narcotics from the home.
Police arrested Daniel Murphy, age 22, for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was also charged with Burglary, Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after police recovered items that had been reported stolen from a vehicle in 2010 as well as street signs stolen from multiple township streets. He was being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, NJ, on $20,607.00 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Thomas Scully of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Allante Williams, 24 of Neptune, was stopped at 11:16 p.m. that night by Detective Jesse Dykstra for operating a vehicle with a headlight out, and was found to have outstanding contempt of court warrants pending from Neptune and Spring Lake, police said in a statement.
