RED BANK: CRIMES AND ARRESTS

The crime and arrest reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the period of August 13 to August 29, 2016. This information is unedited.

Theft: The victim reported the Theft of sunglasses from a business located on Broad St. The theft occurred on 8-5-16. The glasses were valued at approximately $170.00. They were described as Ray Ban Erica Metal model with polarized lenses. Ptl. Jorge Torres

Theft: The victim reported the theft of his bicycle from the area of Shrewsbury Ave. The theft occurred on 8-22-16. The accused subject forcibly removed the cable lock securing the bicycle to a rack that was located behind a business. Ptl. David Smith

Theft: The victim reported the theft of his bicycle from the area of the Red Bank Train Station on 8-24-16. The victim locked his bicycle to a rack and upon returning discovered that it had been taken. The bicycle is described as a Silver and grey mountain bike valued at approximately $400.00. Ptl. Criminal Mischief: The victim reported that on 8-15-16, while his vehicle was parked in the area of Locust Ave, a subject(s) spray painted blue paint about the vehicle side rim. The damages caused were in excess of $200.00. Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Criminal Mischief: On 8-19-16 it was reported that someone had spray painted white paint onto a bench located in Riverside Gardens Park. Ptl. Dawn Shields.

Criminal Mischief: On 8-28-16 several vehicles were reported damaged. The vehicles in question were parked in the area of Wallace St. The vehicle tires were slashed by an unknown subject(s). The damages occurred between 8-27-16 and 8-28-16. Inv. Paul Perez.

ARRESTS

Levi Kyles, age 32 of Asbury Park was arrested on 8-13-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Ciara M. Williams, age 24 of Neptune was arrested on 8-13-16 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for Contempt Of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

Christopher D. Dossantos, age 22 of Edison was arrested on 8-13-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct and resisting arrest by Officer Darren McConnell.

John R. Conway, age 24 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-13-16 in the area of Maple Ave. for DWI by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Vivian Vasquez, age 57 of Asbury Park was arrested on 8-13-16 in the area of Broad St. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Deanna A. Postell, age 21 of Neptune was arrested on 8-13-16 in the area of Coopers Bridge (Hwy 35) for Possession of CDS (Marijuana less than 50 grams) by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Keith A. Brooks, age 34 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-13-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for defiant trespassing by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

John R. Conway, age 24 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-14-16 in the area of Maple Ave. for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Tyshonda Graves, age 27 of Keansburg was arrested on 8-15-16 in the area of Hwy 35 for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Sean Hauschlidt.

Avery D. Carroll, age 39 Red Bank was arrested on 8-15-16 in the area of Hwy 35 for Contempt Of Court and Possession of a hypodermic syringe by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Sharon Deresz, age 61 of Matawan was asserted on 8-15-16 in the area of Riverview Plaza for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Robert J. Lahey, age 24 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-15-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Gary Watson.

Neal J. Crews, age 31 of Trenton was arrested on 8-16-16 in the area of Marine Park for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Gary Watson.

Jessica Arriaga, age 42 of Keyport was arrested on 8-16-16 in the area of River St. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Garrett Falco Jr.

Romel V. Lahens, age 20 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 8-16-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Tanner Shea.

Jimmie R. King, age 44 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-16-16 in the area of River St. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Tanner Shea.

McCormick Williams, age 45 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-16-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Garrett Falco Jr.

Porfirio Perez-Luna, age 42 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 8-17-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Francisco Rodriguez-Rosales, age 27 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-17-16 in the area of Branch Ave. for DWI by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Alim Godsey, age 18 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-18-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Fraudulent Use Of A Credit Card by Inv. James DePonte.

Michael M. Johnstone, age 34 of Brown Mills was arrested on 8-19-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt Of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

Bradford E. Dickerson, age 31 of N. Plainfield was arrested on 8-19-16 in the area of English Plaza for Contempt Of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

Anthony J. Kovacs, age 22 of Oceanport was arrested on 8-19-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Ronald E. Tindal, age 28 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-20-16 in the area of White St. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Donald E. Martin, age 51 Of Red Bank was arrested on 8-20-16 in the area of Bridge Ave. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Stephen J. Catania, age 57 of Middletown was arrested on 8-20-16 in the area of English Plaza for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Dennis M. Bannon, age 52 of Leonardo was arrested on 8-20-16 in the area of Water St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Vincent J. Giovinazzo, age 42 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-21-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Harassment and Contempt by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto. [UPDATE January 28, 2017: These charges were dismissed by order of Superior Court Judge James Troiano on November 9, 2016.]

Anthony K. Benedetto, age 39 Of Brick was arrested on 8-21-16 in the area of Water St, for Contempt Of Court, by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Stephen Prevost, age 21 of Keyport was arrested on 8-22-16 in the area of White St, for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Stephen Kirk, age 32 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-22-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Phillip M. Cruz, age 26 of Kearny was arrested on 8-23-16 in the area of Coopers Bridge (Hwy 35) for Contempt Of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

Nicholas Panaccione, age 50 of Old Bridge was arrested on 8-23-16 in the area of Globe Ct. for Contempt Of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

Andrew P. Murray, age 48 of Keansburg was arrested on 8-24-16 in the area of Harding Rd, for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Waymon Smith, age 48 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-24-16 in the area of Herbert St, for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Tanner Shea.

Matthew T. Szymanski, age 21 of Spring Lake was arrested on 8-24-16 in the area of Globe Ct, for Contempt Of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

Jonathan Lukasiewicz, age 34 of Long Branch was arrested on 8-25-16 in the area of Catherine St, for Possession of CDS (Marijuana less than 50 grams) by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Luis Torivo,age 34 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-27-16 in the area of Chapin Ave, for Hindering Apprehension and Contempt by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

John C. Maucere, age 68 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 8-27-16 in the area of Broad St, for Contempt Of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

James E. Oneill, age 49 of Falls Church VA. Was arrested on 8-27-16 in the area of Riverside Ave, for DWI by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

John L. Hutley, age 57 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-27-16 in the area of W. Front St, for DWI by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Brian W. Horne, age 41 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-28-16 in the area of Bridge Ave, for Possession of CDS (Heroin) by Ptl. George Travostino.
