Eighteen months after he bought it, Paul Marcotte completed his transformation of longtime Red Bank dive bar Brannigan’s into Red Rock Tap + Grill with a low-key opening Friday night.

Reimagined by architect Michael James Monroe — who also designed Pazzo, JBJ Soul Kitchen and Kitch Organic — the formerly cramped Wharf Avenue space now features indoor and outdoor bars, three levels of open-air decks and views of Marine Park and our beautiful Navesink River.
