March 1– Byron Steele, 27, of Bronx, NY, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Church St. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Weehawken Municipal Court in the amount of $850.00. P.O. Andrew Smith made the arrest.

March 1– A resident from Carolyn Rd. reported Identity Theft after discovering that their social security number had been used by an unknown person(s). P.O. Brian Miller investigated.

March 2– A resident from Harding Rd. reported Harassment after being harassed by a former acquaintance. P.O. Taylor Doremus investigated.

March 3– Keith Fata, 27, of Freehold, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Englishtown Municipal Court in the amount of $195.00. P.O. Taylor Doremus made the arrest.

March 3– A victim from Ridge Rd. reported Theft after discovering that an unknown person(s) stole their cell phone sometime throughout the day. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

March 4– Rocco Ruggiero, 62, of Little Silver, NJ, was arrested following an investigation on Oakes Rd. for Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams. P.O. Brian Conover made the arrest.

March 11– Joseph Kowitski, Jr., 18, of Sea Bright, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Silverside Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Shrewsbury Municipal Court in the amount of $114.00. P.O. Taylor Doremus made the arrest.

March 11– A business from Oceanport Ave. reported Fraud after discovering that an unknown person(s) made fraudulent orders to the business in an attempt to receive money. P.O. Taylor Doremus and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

March 12– Zachary Blenden, 23, of Manalapan, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Oceanport Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Freehold Township Municipal Court in the amount of $385.00. P.O. Taylor Doremus made the arrest.

March 13– James Costello, 46, of Mechanicsburg, PA, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Kings Rd. for active Contempt of Court warrants out of the Shrewsbury Township and Tinton Falls Municipal Courts for a total amount of $801.00. P.O. Taylor Doremus made the arrest.

March 14– A resident from Edgewood Ave. reported Harassment after being harassed by a known acquaintance. P.O. Brian Miller investigated.

March 16– A victim from Ridge Rd. reported Terroristic Threats after discovering that an unknown person(s) created graffiti that threatened bodily harm to the victim. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

March 17– Craig Johnson, 31, of Long Branch, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Ocean Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,500.00. Det. Greg Oliva made the arrest.

March 18– Michael Klose, 42, of Keyport, NJ, was arrested following an investigation on Willow Dr. for active Contempt of Court warrants out of the Annandale, Middletown, Hazlet and Monmouth County Superior Courts for a total amount of $3,973.00. Sgt. Paul Halpin made the arrest.

March 20– Alaa Ajaj, 29, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Oceanport Ave. for Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.

March 22– A female juvenile, 17, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested following an investigation on Ridge Rd. for Simple Assault/Disorderly Conduct. P.O. Robert Chenoweth made the arrest.

March 23– A victim from Ridge Rd. reported Theft after discovering that an unknown person(s) stole their cell phone sometime throughout the day. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

March 23– A victim from Ridge Rd. reported Harassment after receiving threats via online social media. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

March 23– Connor Smith, 20, of West Long Branch, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Spring St. for Possession of Alprazolam Without a Valid Prescription. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.

March 25– A business owner on Willow Dr. reported Burglary/Theft after an unknown person(s) gained entry to the business and removed valuable items sometime during the late evening hours. P.O. Michael Lahey, Sgt. Paul Halpin and Det. Greg Oliva investigated along with assistance from the Red Bank P.D. K-9 Unit.

March 29– Mauricio Tavares-Dossantos, 41, of Albuquerque, NM, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Ave. for active Contempt of Court warrants out of the Eatontown and Jersey City Municipal Courts for a total amount of $901.00. P.O. Michael Lahey made the arrest.

March 29- An employee from a business on Conover Pl. reported Bad Checks after learning that a customer wrote a check to the business that was later returned for insufficient funds. Det. Greg Oliva investigated.
