A Red Bank patrol car had a fender-bender with a Ferrari 599 GTB (starting price: around $310,000) that was passing behind it on Broad Street during the third annual ‘Raduo DÂ’Eleganza (Event of Elegance)’ Ferrari rally held downtown Sunday.
