Press release from Red Bank Regional High School

Every fall, Red Bank Regional High School Visual and Performing Arts Academy teacher Claudia O’Connor and Ye Old Pie Shoppe Owner Eileen Caruso coordinate their annual window painting project in downtown Little Silver. Nearly a dozen businesses participate in the project that results in clever windowscapes of pumpkin patches, and graveyard themes.

The students plan and execute their designs, which Mrs. O’Connor oversees and approves. The event takes an entire school day, with the students taking breaks for snacks and lunch appreciatively provided by the business owners whose windows they are adorning.
