Last week’s Where showed the landscape along Crescent Drive in Middletown, as reflected in the gold glass windows of 10 Route 35, or what many of us known as the former Hovnanian headquarters.
Hovnanian moved to Red Bank about eight years ago, and the building sat vacant for what seemed like ages. But in the last two years, real estate broker Suzanne Macnow has leased all but 6,000 square feet of the 27,000-SF riverfront structure, she told redbankgreen recently.
