As noted by Bob Colmorgen, the correct answer is the long rear driveway to the Thompson Memorial Home in Red Bank, just north of the Atlantic Club parking lot on Maple Avenue (the home itself is on Broad Street).
It’s a nice spot, incongruously evoking a country lane. Thompson’s clients no doubt enjoy it on their final ride.
