Here’s a new video showing the work done on the interior of the Count Basie Theatre during the $8 million sprucing up of the Red Bank showcase this summer.

The video consists of still photos taken every 15 seconds from what we called the Basie Cam installed in the balcony. Early on in the four-month project, the camera was tilted upward to the domed ceiling because scaffolding was otherwise obscuring its view.

Footage from the reopening night concert by Bobby Bandiera and the Jersey Shore Rock ‘n Soul Revue on Oct. 30 is included.
