Last week, we raised a victory garden flag, and drew crisp salutes from the Colmorgen Kids, Cathy Costa and Tim Lake , who each recognized it from seeing it flying regularly at a house on the north side of River Road in Fair Haven, as Cathy put it, east of downtown, but not as far as the Shrewsbury River Yacht Club.
