The photo was taken in the doorway of Meridian Early Childhood Education Center, at 1 Riverview Plaza in Red Bank, across the street from the emergency room at Riverview Medical Center. A different view is shown at right.

Alison Kennedy got the answer, but she had an edge: she’s the manager there.

Margery Cohen also wrote in, but she mistook it for the restroom at the Navesink Fishery in Atlantic Highlands.
