MAN ARRESTED FOR ‘LURING’ TEEN FEMALES

call-in-the-authorities• On October 25, 2011 Detective Kelly Godley and Patrolman Raymond Sofield arrested Marcin Burek, age 27, from Perth Amboy, NJ, for Luring, Resisting Arrest, Prostitution and Disorderly Conduct as a result of an investigation into a report made by three juvenile females, two age 17 and one age 13, and a 19 year old adult female who say Burek attempted to lure them into his vehicle.

Police say the victims reported that Burek approached them while walking down the street and attempted to entice them into his car in order to go for a ride to buy alcohol. Police also say Burek offered the 13 year old juvenile and the 19 year old adult money for sexual favors.

Burek was being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, NJ, on $20,000.00 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• The Middletown Police report the arrests of the following subjects for the various offenses:

Kimberly Rieger, age 19, from Carter Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 24, 2011 by Patrolman Richard Fulham on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown and Westwood Municipal Courts. She was held on $2,000.00 bail.

Melissa Morales, age 44, from Shore Haven Drive in Hazlet, NJ, arrested on October 24, 2011 by Patrolman Michael Pintilie for Stalking, Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief. She was released after posting $1,500.00 bail.

Andrew Murphy, age 23, from Doranne Lane in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 24, 2011 by Detective Kimberly Best on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $2,093.00 bail.

Joseph Verdi, age 20, from Collinson Drive in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 20, 2011 by Patrolman Michael Reuter on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Long Branch Municipal Court. He was turned over to the Long Branch Police Department pending bail.

Lisa Venuto, age 28, from Creek Road in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on October 25, 2011 by Patrolman Andrew Micalizzi for Shoplifting from the Foodtown. She was released pending a court date.

On October 25, 2011 Patrolman Andrew Micalizzi arrested a 16 year old male juvenile from Middletown, NJ, for Shoplifting from the Sears store. He was released pending a court date.

Tyler Cohen, age 19, from Bay Avenue in Highlands, NJ, arrested on October 26, 2011 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert for Simple Assault. He was released pending a court date.
