A Red Bank man was arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in his home, according to a borough police report.
Jaime Mellado-Luna, 23, of Chapin Avenue, was taken into custody Wednesday on an arrest warrant, according to the report.
The report alleges Mellado-Luna engaged in intercourse and fellatio with the girl, knowing she was 14, between August and this month. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
He was held on $50,000 bail and ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. He remained in custody at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution Thursday evening, according the the county sheriff’s website.
