A Red Bank woman — a daughter of a former Riverview Medical Center president — and her boyfriend were killed in a motorcycle crash in Rumson Saturday evening, authorities said Monday.
An Atlantic Highlands motorist was injured after she fled an attempted stop by Little Silver police and crashed into a tree in Red Bank early Christmas morning, police said.
No injuries were reported after a car crashed through the facade of the Luxe Nail Salon on North Bridge Avenue in Red Bank at around 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, according to police Chief Darren McConnell.

Two people were injured after the vehicle in which they were traveling plowed into a Red Bank office building Thursday morning.
Two of four people injured in a single-car crash on Sandy Hook were taken to a hospital by helicopter Tuesday night.
A Red Bank woman was arrested Monday after a wild motor-vehicle pursuit by police in which she crashed her SUV three times, taking down a utility pole in the process, Chief Darren McConnell said Tuesday.
The incident began around 5:30 p.m., when Officer Michael Baron, while on patrol in the area of Broad Street and Pinckney Road, saw a white Honda SUV crossing the median into oncoming traffic while heading south on Broad Street, McConnell said in a prepared statement.
Red Bank police reported “numerous” injuries, none of them life-threatening, after a three-car crash early Saturday afternoon.

A motorcyclist was killed in a one-vehicle crash in Lincroft Sunday afternoon, police said.
The crash occurred on West Front Street just east of Shady Oaks Way at 2:52 p.m., according to Deputy Chief Steve Dollinger.
The stolen vehicle, obscured by darkness at left, traveled up the driveway and struck the side of a house on Drs. Parker Boulevard. The impact tore out the electrical service and caused structural damage to the house, as seen below. (Photo below by Trish Russoniello. Click to enlarge.)

Eight people were said to have been displaced Monday after a stolen vehicle, fleeing police, crashed into their Red Bank home early Monday morning.
As previously reported by redbankgreen, the unidentified driver fled the scene on foot after racing a stolen sedan south on Bridge Avenue and smashing into the house at 133-135 Drs. Parker Boulevard at about 1:10 a.m. Middletown and Red Bank police had attempted to intercept the car, but couldn’t catch it, authorities said.
