Theft: On 06-16-17 it was reported 6 fishing poles valued at approximately $600.00 were taken from the pole holders of a boat that was docked in the area of Marine Park. Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Theft: On 06-17-17 it was also reported 5 fishing poles described as 2 Penn Fierce II black in color with red etching valued at $150.00 each, 2 Penn Fierce I black in color with red etching valued at $ 150.00 each and 1 Shakespeare fishing pole valued at $80.00 was taken from a boat docked in the area of Marine Park. Shrewsbury officials have notified representatives of a new addiction-counseling center that a key aspect of the operation appears to conflict with local zoning law, redbankgreen has learned.

Five days after Governor Chris Christie got into a shouting match with protesters at the opening of the Seabrook House outpatient facility on White Street, borough Attorney Martin Barger confirmed the nonprofit has been told by letter that its plan for group counseling sessions is not permitted in the zone.

RED BANK: DRUG ARREST FOLLOWS SCUFFLE

The incident began when two police detectives, James Deponte and Paul Perez, spotted a suspicious subject in a vehicle on River Street near Bridge Avenue, according to Chief Darren McConnell.

FAIR HAVEN: FEBRUARY POLICE REPORTS

02/1 – Patrols were dispatched to Fair Haven Fields for a reported theft. Upon arrival they were met by the victim who reported that an unknown actor(s) had broken the rear window of her vehicle and taken and bag containing personal items. Ptl. Brooks Robinson took the report.

02/3 – Joseph Radic, 45, Colts Neck was placed under arrest subsequent to a motor vehicle stop and charged with Driving while intoxicated. Mr. Radic also received citations for Speeding, Reckless driving, Failure to maintain lane and refusal to submit to breath samples. Subject was later released pending a court appearance. Ptl.
